Extended Services
As part of CSI's nationwide installation program, CSI has a full array of extended services that can be provided for an additional charge. Prices vary by job. At time of quote, please include any of the following:
Storage
CSI has a national account with a moving company that has over 5000 locations in 128 cities. For a cost per square yard, CSI will receive carpet into a bonded and insured warehouse. The moving company will provide all the inside deliveries and monitored long term storage, if required. Also, climate controlled storage areas are available in most cities.
Project Management
CSI has a very extensive network of associates that can provide project walk throughs to provide bids.
Sundries
CSI can purchase items such as base, transitions, or adhesive if needed. CSI maintains accounts with two (2) of the largest carpet supply sources. This service requires proper unit amounts and delivery time.
Yardage Take Offs
CSI will provide this service with certain limitations. On smaller projects , CSI provides this service free of charge. If the project is extensive, CSI will charge a small fee and hire a company to provide this information. This fee will never exceed $300.00
Trash Service
This includes the removal of old carpet from the job site. CSI has national accounts with two (2) of the largest waste haulers in the country. CSI can coordinate this for clients . Please allow three (3) days for a quote.
Cleaning
For carpet installation projects that are in occupied areas, CSI can provide cleaning and/or vacuuming at an additional charge per square yard. The cleaning can include computers and high tech equipment.
Customized Installation
CSI's trained professionals can customize an installation to include carpet designs, company logos and other specialty floor coverings.
Other Services
Delivery and/or Purchase of Carpet, Adhesives, Base and other Sundries.
