Carpet Tile Installation Pricing
Carpet Solutions, Inc. (CSI) IS A LABOR ONLY COMPANY.
CSI's team of experienced professionals do not leave the job site until the entire project is completed. They do not work for one or two days and return in a couple of days. CSI's price includes a quality installation that has no down time.
CSI's price is based on an average of the total floor space covered by furniture and floor space that is open. For Example: if the total floor space is 4,000 square yards, of which, 3,200 square yards are to be lifted and 800 square yards are open floor space. The price will be an average of square yards that include lift and square yards that are open floor space.
CSI's Price Includes The Following:
- Train the client how to prepare for a Milli-JackŪ Lift System project. Guidelines in preparing office(s) and cubicle(s) for floor covering Replacement will be provided by CSI.
- Rip-up of old carpet.
- Lift and/or move furniture.
- Installation of new carpet.
- Put furniture back in place or set down.
- All tools.
- Minimum floor preparation.
- Work on weekends or evenings.
Please note that CSI's price does not include the removal of old carpet from the job site; delivery of carpet; adhesive/ sundries; base/reducer; yardage take-offs; the moving of file cabinets and boxes; or vacuuming and final clean up. However, CSI can provide them at an additional charge.
